Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Kala Bindu. We appreciate your interest in art and culture. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before registering for any events or purchasing services.
1. Event & Workshop Registrations
Cancellations by Participant: * If you cancel your registration 7 days or more before the event date, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for “no-shows.”
Cancellations by Kala Bindu: * If an event or workshop is cancelled or postponed by Kala Bindu due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants.
2. Art Competitions & Entry Fees
Entry fees for art competitions and exhibitions are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these fees cover the administrative and judging costs.
3. Digital Products / Services
Fees for digital downloads, online certificates, or virtual workshops are non-refundable once the access link or file has been shared with the user.
4. Physical Goods (if applicable)
If you purchase physical art supplies or merchandise from our platform:
Returns: You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
