A: We frequently organize short-term intensive workshops, such as our curated Creative Workshops (blending disciplines like Painting and Dance), specialized masterclasses in Live Tattoos, and commercial structural arts like Interior/Exterior Design and Wall Painting.
Q: Do I need to bring my own art materials for offline workshops?
A: For most of our specialized art workshops, the essential materials and starter kits are provided by us. Any specific requirements or tool recommendations for performing arts (Music/Dance) will be clearly shared with you on the respective event page prior to registration.
Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Q: Is it safe to register and pay online on Kala Bindu?
A: Yes, it is 100% safe. All transaction entries, class tuitions, and workshop registrations are processed through industry-standard, secure third-party payment gateways. Kala Bindu does not store your credit/debit card numbers or personal banking information on its servers.
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy for classes and events?
A: Our institutional fee and booking policy is simple and transparent:
7 Days or More Prior to the Event/Class Start: You can cancel your booking and claim a 50% refund.
Within 7 Days / No-Show: No refunds or session adjustments will be granted for late cancellations or missing your scheduled class.
Q: Are competition entry fees refundable?
A: No. Entry fees for all art competitions, talent showcases, and cultural pageants are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they immediately cover administrative setup, curation, and judging costs.
Q: What happens if Kala Bindu cancels or postpones a course or event?
A: In the rare event that a diploma batch, workshop, or exhibition is canceled or postponed by us due to unforeseen issues, a 100% full refund will be promptly credited back to your original payment method.
